Please complete the following form for a student who wishes to drop or withdraw from a FerrisNow Program course(s). This form is only used for students who have not yet graduated from high school.

ALL DROP/WITHDRAW REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY THE HIGH SCHOOL/CAREER TECH CENTER INSTRUCTOR, GUIDANCE COUNSELOR OR ADMINISTRATOR. 

Drop/withdraw requests from students ARE NOT allowed.

Submit one form per class. If a student wishes to drop/withdraw from multiple classes, this form should be submitted multiple times.
